A DRM broadcast can be heard on 657 KHz on some Japanese SDRs (e.g. https://kiwi.web-sdr.net/?f=657.00amz5), but they are unable to get a lock on the signal0. Does anyone know where this is from? Could it be from North Korea, as they used to broadcast in AM on that frequency.
