It’s Radio China International (CRI Russian service) on 1521 kHz as reported in “External Services of the World” compiled by Tony Rogers of British DX Club. CRI Russian service is often heard in Pesaro (central Italy) shortly after sunset, simultaneously with SER and Radio Riyadh.
