I today got reply from Director of Engineering of Malawi Broadcasting Corporation.
“Thanks for writing and keen interest on AM and on MBC in particular.
I regret to advise you that MBC is now phasing out AM transmission and 756KHz is currently off. We should be completely off on Medium Wave services in the next two months.”
