ABC Perth moving to FM.
Today it was officially announced that the ABC Perth MW services will be moving to the FM band in early 2026 with the MW services turn off occurring after the transition. At this point it is only then city MW services and regional stations will continue on MW.
Keep your ears out for 720 810 and 585khz before they are all gone from Perth at least
