The Ulgii transmitter on 209 kHz is still radiating a silent carrier throughout the day except for regional programming in the last hour.
Ulaanbaatar on 164 kHz is operating normal programming. Emails asking for information have gone unanswered.
It appears the other 209 kHz and 227 kHz transmitter sites are operating normally although I cannot confirm 100% as I can only receive those other sites just before closedown at 15:00 UTC whereas Ulgii and Ulaanbaatar can be received in the afternoon here at present in Northern Finland.
