United States

USAGM situation, as of April 4, from a reliable source: OCB may resume broadcasting SW from Greenville to Cuba, but nothing else on the air, with those in overall charge of engineering and transmission dismissed. It`s unlikely that the previous arrangement could be resumed in any reasonable length of time even if authorized.

The Tajikistan relays ended on April 1, also the FEBC Seoul and Jeju MW transmitters, and the Djibouti 1431 kHz relay. These were funded on a quarterly basis and DOGE would not allow them for another quarter.

RFA transmissions via the two SW sites of R Taiwan International have continued; as have Radio Liberty Russian via Radio Baltic Waves, Lithuania on 1386 kHz, but we don`t know for how much longer.

WRMI has on schedule R. Liberty in Russian on 15770 with System K, Mon-Sat at 0400-0430, or is it -0500? per sked, with something called Voice of Russia, Sundays at 0400-0430. RL via WRMI is presumably at WRMI`s initiative, unofficial. This could continue if any programming feed remains available.

Russia, China, Iran could not get rid of broadcasts from USA, but Trump succeeded in only a few weeks.

This is a nostalgic programming by Russian radio enthusiast Andrey Molokov. It consists mainly of music and sometimes episodes about history of Soviet/Russian SW/MW broadcasting. He also occasionally books airtime at Noratus and Tashkent stations, and runs a social network community often cited in SW bulletins.
