Radio Liberty was observed with their Russian programming in progress on Viesintos transmitter 1386kHz at 07:50UT on Saturday 20 December 2025. On air at 05:30-08:30 daily, according to the ‘How to Listen’ guide on the Radio Liberty website (svoboda.org). I seem to recall this was first reported some months ago and though it’s in WRTH app it isn’t currently on MW List.

Thanks, yes, that has been forgotten. Foreign service transmissions also on medium wave have seasonal and other frequent changes and the foremost source for them is WRTH Web App.
