Iran boosted the power of IRIB Radio Khavaran on 1548 kHz at Ferdows, sometimes it overlaps VOA Farsi. The “bubble” jammer on 1547v kHz is not operating during the full broadcast of VOA, but the regional IRIB stations are broadcast around the clock. So Iran is doing multiple jamming against VOA – The “bubble” jammer with part-time operation, and with IRIB Khavaran full time.
