I know that in the past there were test transmissions on SW from Russia for foreign regions, but IIRC they have been stopped, so no SW from Russia anymore.
As the Khabarowsk SDR is offline, it is not possible to check the MW transmitter there.
Regarding the Komsomolsk on Amur site, the MW/LW antennas seem to be gone, the remaining antennas look like SW, although maybe invisible wire antennas might be used as well. Does anyone know that?
