I got DMI [Danish Meteorological Institute/Ed] announcement that they will end on 243 kHz on 1st November (I don’t know Danish but i little bit understand Norwegian) here’s the announcement:

Yes, that correct. DMI (The Danish Meteorological Institute – which is NOT DR) will not air weather reports on 243 kHz after November 1st.
DR’s programmes on LW 243 kHz will continue until close down on December 31st.
