Jamming?

There was a station with lots of white noise and some carrier on 1557 KHz on the So Phisai SDR tonight (Thursday 1400 UTC).  Is this jamming or a digital signal?  Also received on the Cha-Am SDR.
On the one hand, the Radio Taiwan International broadcasts on the same frequency.  On the other hand, when Voice of America restarted at 1430 UTC there were a few seconds of similar white noise.
Both SDRs are in Thailand.

Netherlands

The extremely professional-sounding Rivierenland Radio 891 kHz station from the Netherlands confirmed my report with a brief email.
At the same time, they pointed out that the medium wave will be discontinued on 1 December 2024.

Mongolia

Re.: https://mediumwave.info/2024/10/21/mongolia-28/
Mongolia LW carriers appeared on 164 & 209 yesterday (October 20) as scheduled @2200 UTC, on the Saratov SDR. Too weak for steady audio; the 209 signal was slightly stronger than 164 which had to plow through a strong noise floor. Nothing heard on 227, but the SDR receives a potent signal from Poland on 225, which may have aced 227 out of the running.

Mongolia

Following a request on Mongolia’s LW status I made a test today via 3 nearby Feast (Irkuck Khabarovsk, Hokkaido) kSDRs on 1325 with traces of signal for 164, 209, and 227 kHz. In Khabarovsk, the signal of 209 kHz is -70 dbm.  A recheck on 1630 in the same kSDRs showed nothing.
I can think that all these stations signed off earlier MWList shows s/off 15z (Liangas THS 21/10 via kSDRs).
