Another update on Venezuelan AM radio.
All stations heard on TWR Kiwisdr Bonaire. Ca 200 km from Caracas, all salt sea path.
Most cities are in the North of the country.

1490 and 1500 are next to each other, Cumana is remotely east of Caracas.
Quite a lot of stations still on air.
I have noted that towers are hardly effected by the Eratquake, as seen on TV reports.
What is the reason of the blank cariers, destroyed studios?

As of today, Vision Radio Australia in Adelaide on 1197 AM; Melbourne 1179 Am & Perth 990 AM has ceased using these frequencies. Currently the are running a tuning message of where/ how to listen, back to back pop music also being broadcast.
Female announcer gives URL : ‘varadio.org’.

EARTH-DIRECTED X-FLARE AND CME: Solar activity is at high levels following multiple explosions in new sunspot AR4479. The strongest so far, an X1.1-class solar flare on June 30th, hurled a CME directly toward Earth. This will bring a chance of geomagnetic storms and auroras later this week.
