Several DXers in The Netherlands and Belgium reported the reception of RNE R5 Todo Noticias on 1350 kHz.
Reception was mostly between 2130 and 2200 UTC.
In Spain the station wasn’t heard and RNE has no stations on this frequency, so it is mystery.
Possibly some pirate relaying these Radio Todo Noticias programs?
