Ukrainian Radio-1278.
A new TRAM-100 transmitter with which the frequency had after long silence been reactivated in early 2015 for new Russian broadcasts of Radio Ukraine International, launched in 2014 on 1431 kHz (Luch, 800 kW or whatever power they were running). Due to the chronic lack of money both frequencies closed again in early 2018.
Concerning 549 kHz see the graphic herein and anything else remains speculation:

By the way, what’s carried as radio program is, I’m told, meanwhile throughout the audio of the unified TV program. Some spot checks I did appeared to confirm that.

At this time [07.88 UTC] RTL 234 is good audible. Maybe it was a transmitter fault.
Or they switch it off in the night to save money.
Maybe someone can check tonight.

Do you have any information regarding 234 – RTL Lux?
Seems to be gone. no signal tonight, even the “Luxemburg effect” on 162 kHz (which is still present with silent carrier…) is gone.
LW and lower MW condx are certainly not the best this night but at least I am used to hear something at all.. right now, after 2 AM – there is …simply nothing.
Also checked here http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/?tune=234am plus some Ireland, Scotland, Austria and France based SDR – all the same result: its not there!
Must be on very low power or maybe even completely off?

In today’s edition of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung – Friday, 11 March, No. 59, page 11 – there is an article entitled “Transmit our signal” an article by Elena Witzeck.
The article describes the work of Ukrainian radio and television stations under the conditions of the war.
This article ends with an appeal by Mykola Chernotyskyi of Ukrainian Radio, who said:
“I would be grateful if colleagues from other countries could broadcast our radio signal. I would be grateful if the stations could broadcast on AM frequencies, which have a very good distribution in Ukraine.“

Czech Radio helping Ukrainian public broadcaster.
At the request of the Ukrainian public broadcaster UA: PBC, Czech Radio is sending technical equipment essential for broadcasting to Ukraine. Thanks to this donation it will be possible to set up temporary Ukrainian radio stations in the event that the current broadcasting facilities are occupied or destroyed by Russian troops. Czech Radio has also launched an internet stream of the UA:PBC radio broadcast in Ukrainian. The stream will be available on the audio portal and in the mobile application mujRozhlas.cz. The aim of the project is to make information about the war in Ukraine available daily to refugees and Ukrainians in the Czech Republic.
