According to an October 4 announcement on official website of Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) in South Korea, “SBS Love FM” MW 792kHz HLSQ Seoul will effectively be discontinued on November 8, 2022.
The site states that SBS AM broadcasting station 792kHz will be out of operation from November 8, 2022 to May 7, 2023, and will be terminated after a six-month hiatus.
It is a great pity because 792kHz is one of the MW stations with good reception among Korean MW commercial stations that can be received here in Tokyo, Japan.
