The Bryan Ragan led McAlester Streaming Technologies LLC will purchase Lee Anderson’s Southeastern Oklahoma Radio’s four stations for $1.2 million. The stations in the deal are Country “K101.3” KMCO Wilburton, “Classic Rock 105.1” KTMC-FM McAlester, Christian/Classic Country 1150 KNED/98.3 K252FQ McAlester, and Standards 1400 KTMC/96.7 K244FI McAlester.

International Church of the Grace of God Inc. acquires Radio Luz Inc.’s 1160 WRLZ St. Cloud FL for $500,000. The buyer, which owns stations in Boston, Danbury CT and Fort Lauderdale operating as Portuguese “Nossa Radio” targeting Brazilian immigrants, began operating WRLZ via Time Brokerage Agreement on November 1.

Relevant Radio sells News/Talk 950 KAHI Auburn/Sacramento CA to KAHI Corporation for $100,000. The buyer has operated KAHI via Time Brokerage Agreement since 1999 and owns its two translators 102.9 K275BJ Placerville and 104.5 K283CM Auburn. The deal includes a waiver request to separate KAHI from Relevant’s expanded band 1620 KSMH West Sacramento, which was originally supposed to supplant the original station and allow both to continue operating.

James Watford’s WRCS-AM 970 Inc. sells Gospel 970 WRCS Ahoskie NC to Keith Baldwin’s KBaldwin Media Group for $100,000. Baldwin also owns 1480 WQTM Fair Bluff NC.
