Brother Stair, aka Ralph G. Stair, is the evangelist voice of the Overcomer Ministry radio broadcasts that originated from Walterboro, South Carolina. Although Brother Stair passed away in 2021, encore presentations of his Overcomer Ministry broadcasts have continued to air on MW and SW. Brother Stair was once most recognized by MW DXers for his broadcasts on 1610 The Caribbean Beacon from Anguilla. Now the ministry is received overnight on what seems to be an expanding network of AM radio stations across the U.S. while also continuing international outreach on short wave.
