P&A will acquire Custer County Community Broadcasting’s Oldies 1050 KMTA/95.3 K237DW and Classic Hits 92.3 KYUS-FM Miles City MT, Dickinson-Belfield Broadcasting’s Country “I94” 93.9 KXDI Belfield and Classic Rock “Q-Rock 95.7” KQLZ New England ND, Glendive Broadcasting’s Oldies/AC 1400 KXGN/103.1 K276GO Glendive MT, Magic Air Communications’ Country 96.5 KDZN Glendive MT, Miles City/Forsyth Broadcasting Inc.’s Classic Country 1250 KIKC/94.5 K233BL and Country “Kik Country” 101.3 KIKC-FM Forsyth MT, Sidney Community Broadcasting’s Classic Rock “Eagle 93.1” KGCX Sidney MT, and Williston Community Broadcasting’s Country “98.5 Coyote Country” KXWI and Variety Hits “101.1 Jack-FM” KDSR Williston ND.
Semora Broadcasting sells Gospel 1540 WYNC Yanceyville NC to True Word Media for $135,000. An LMA took effect on February 1.
John Fredericks’ Disruptor Media converts its LMA of Conservative Talk “Newstalk 1650” WJFV Portsmouth/Norfolk VA to a $275,000 purchase. Fredericks has operated WJFV via LMA since August 2022.
Denisse Hernandez’s Prime Broadcasting acquires Spanish CHR “Ritmo 99.9” 1460 WQXM/99.9 W260DA Bartow FL from DRC Broadcasting for $170,000. The buyer has been operating WQXM via Time Brokerage Agreement since April 1, 2023.
