Western Sahara 1550.
Last night I heard “XOUR” (or possibly “XJUR”) in Morse on 1550, timed at start of the the news at 2200 on 1550. In view of the timing of the spoken word and Morse, it seemed likely that it was being broadcast by RASD. I wonder if anyone knows its significance.
