At what time did you hear this? Usually the het is caused by Grigoriopol 1548 kHz symmetric spurious signal.

So this is very probably TWR via Moldova. Please tune to 1557.5 kHz with 1557 kHz ruled out by the low side of the filter and you should be able to hear also audio at strong moments.
