BBA Benbecula is a semi local signal for the BDMR and there are very few of these!
I noted it off air leaving 401kHz free for other signals. Nothing too exotic heard but RBU Norway and COA Spain both heard simultaneously.

License cancellations.
Langer Broadcast Group’s 1410 WZBR Dedham/Boston and translator 98.1 W251CR Medford MA were cancelled as both were silent or operating with unauthorized facilities for more than a year. WZBR went silent on March 5, 2023 following the death of owner Alex Langer. The station filed a resumption of operation with the FCC noting that it was operating with 10 watts from a different location and then filed an STA to operate with those facilities a week later. WZBR then filed to go silent again on April 2.
Southern Oregon University’s 1490 KSYC Yreka CA was cancelled after failing to respond to an FCC inquiry into its operational status. The commission noted that KSYC has been silent since at least July 19, 2022.
The FCC has cancelled American Asset Management’s 1390 KHOB Hobbs NM with the station recorded as silent since June 28, 2022. The licensee failed to respond to the FCC’d operational inquiry in February.

Tonite on 2 May at20:29 UTC and again at 21:30 UTCI’m hearing Nasha-Lenta on 1557khz with good reception interestingly there’s no sign of jamming reception is very good especially as it’s only a 50 Kilowatt transmitter

The Broadcasting Unit of the Slovenian RTV planned to switch off the medium wave transmitter in Nemčavcin (558 & 648 kHz), which broadcasts MMR on 558 kHz, on January 1, 2024. With this, MMR (Muravidéki Magyar Rádió = Prekmurje Hungarian Radio) would lose a significant part of its audience: partly in the border area of Prekmurje, and mostly in the counties of Zala and Vas. The transmitter was not turned off, but the issue has not yet been resolved.
Today, there are two medium-wave transmitters operating in Slovenia, Beli Križ on the Seaside (Italian national programs) and Nemčavci in the Prekmurje, from where MMR has been broadcasting on 558 kHz since 2002 (earlier it was on 648 but moved due the interferences from BBC). Nemčavci medium-wave broadcasting provides reception for listeners who cannot be reached by the 87.6 MHz (Pečarovci transmitter) or 92.7 MHz frequency (subresident transmitter) on the FM wavelength.

According to that, the TX of 666 and 1557 reside in containers next to the antenna – the old transmitter hall isn’t being used. It is also unknown which antennas they use – 3 antenna systems exist for MW there, one non-directional ARRT, the others seem to be directional.
