That station on 761.23 KHz is Middle East Radio and can currently (1200 UTC) be heard via the TWR Cyprus 1 SDR on around 761.7 Hz with the frequency drifting up and down by a few tens of Hz. It’s probably a harmonic from the transmitter on 774 KHz as the main signal on 774 KHz sounds very distorted and there are further harmonics, including 749.4, 737.05, 786.3 & 798.65 KHz. In fact the 761.7 KHz harmonic is coming in stronger than the main signal on 774 KHz.
