It wasn’t meant to be there on that day as Radio 1 Plus on 621 kHz always was Mon-Fri only. All transmissions via Grigoriopol aren’t 24/7 and it was so for many months. From January 1, the schedule is
13.00-16.18 UT, Mon-Fri / 621 kHz / Radio PMR.
15.00-01.00 UT, daily / 999 kHz / Radio Rossii.
17.00-07.00 UT, daily / 1413 kHz / Vesti FM.
