Radio Impacto (1440 KHz), which transmits from the town of Ciudad Madero, Buenos Aires Province has seized transmission. This station had started broadcasting in August 1989.
LRI213 Radio el Sol (1450 KHz), with studies in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and Transmitter Plant in Don Bosco has been irregular the last months and has now totally stopped transmission.
LT15 Radio del Litoral (560 KHz), which emits from Concordia, Province of Entre Rios, is also off the air due to having suffered the impact of a lightning during last Friday 28th February, which caused serious damage to the station’s equipment, including the two main consoles (both AM and FM), the telephone receiver, internal network suites and hybrids. In addition to this unfortunate event, the radio was going through a difficult financial situation.
Radio Folklorisimo (1410 KHz) is finally reactivated, after a few weeks of being off-air on AM.
