Im pretty sure thats a goof in the system, Pamplin was a former owner.

I think you’re right. The phone number shown for Pamplin is disconnected. I wonder how the FCC could do this.
The website and stream are still going strong. It looks and sounds exactly as if on the air with spots, mention of 50,000 watts and weather forecast for Wednesday. I called the phone number and it went to voice mail. Maybe she can turn a profit without a 50,000 watt transmitter.

It’s certainly a mistake/glitch, as Pamplin Media is no more. It sold all its newspapers to the terrible Carpenter Media group last year (full disclosure: Carpenter owns the Everett Herald in Everett, Wash., where I finished 15 years as a journalist back in 2008; it’s gutted that staff greatly).
All of Pamplin’s holdings, in fact, are being sold off to pay for the money he raided from his employees’ pension funds. This article from the newspaper where I interned in my college town mentions that the radio stations Pamplin bought turned out to be an ill-fated investment. Even KPAM 860 in Portland, named after Pamplin, was sold years ago.
