Romania is facing an economical crisis, the government introduced major budget cuts, and increased taxes, like VAT. So it is logical that shutting down AM transmitters overnight is part of these measures. But since then, IRIB Tehran produces a good signal on 1332 kHz which is usually dominated by the Romanian station during the night.
