Bold Gold Media Group has closed on its $50,000 acquisition of 1270 WDLA and 92.1 WDLA-FM Walton NY from Townsquare Media and relaunched both stations.

1270 WDLA, which previously was part of the News/Talk “CNY News” trimulcast until it was also shut down at the end of last year, has joined the “Catkills News Talk” network along with 1240 WVOS/92.5 W223DB Liberty and 94.9 W235AW Monticello.
