Radio Liberty‘s Russian-language programming on 1386 kHz (Lithuania, 75 kW) has returned to the evening time (18:30-21:30 UTC) since 1 July. This means the BBC WS relay in English and Russian (18:30-21:00 UTC) and RUI relay in Romanian (21:00-21:30 UTC) are no longer there at that time, but this needs further monitoring.
