Manx Radio recent changes on 1368 kHz

The 1368 kHz transmitter at Foxdale in the Isle of Man has now partly reverted to carrying the FM feed of Manx Radio on weekdays, it appears.  This is for regulatory reasons as Manx Radio’s content has fallen below the station’s commitment to provide at least 40% speech on both AM and FM, for which they had been given a warning.  The station, after all, gets around 2 million euro worth of public subsidy a year!

As far as I can work out, Manx Radio Gold is now being broadcast only between 04:45 and 12:00 local time and after 24:00 for the fifteen minutes left on air Foxdale has.  Weekends appear to be unchanged, i.e. Manx Radio Gold is on all the time, except for coverage of FC Isle of Man, sport, religious broadcasts etc.
An article from local news site Isle of Man Today goes into detail as to this situation: https://www.iomtoday.co.im/news/regulator-finds-manx-radio-breached-public-service-remit-962272
